Independent Contractor Opportunity

Sand & Surf Cleaning, LLC works with independent housekeeping contractors to service vacation rental properties throughout the Grand Strand. Contractors receive assigned properties and are expected to complete each turnover according to our quality standards and required timeframe.

Position Details

• Independent contractor (1099) opportunity
• Vacation rental turnover cleaning
• Typical work hours: approximately 9:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Weekend availability is important, especially during peak season
• Contractors provide their own cleaning supplies and reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Training provided before independent assignments
• Assignments, instructions, and quality-control photos are managed digitally
